Refund Policy

When Refunds Apply
Because all HomBuy products are custom made-to-order, we only issue refunds in the following situations:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- There was a manufacturing error on the product
- Your order was lost in transit and not delivered
- An unsuccessful delivery resulted in a returned package
Refunds are not issued for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind, as every product is produced specifically for your order.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email support@hombuy.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (for damaged or defective items)
- A brief description of the problem
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is confirmed and approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
Reprint Option
In many cases, we may offer a free reprint instead of a refund. This is typically faster and ensures you still receive your product. We will discuss the best option with you when you contact us.
Partial Refunds
For unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages, only a partial refund may be issued to cover the product cost, excluding shipping fees.
