Return Policy

Made-to-Order Products
All HomBuy products are custom made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Each item is uniquely produced once your order is placed, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size selected at checkout
- Wrong color selected at checkout
- Change of mind after order is placed
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
We will offer a free reprint or full refund at no extra cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged product.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If your order is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery (incorrect address, unclaimed package, etc.), you may qualify for:
- A reprint with an additional shipping charge
- A partial refund
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Print Placement Tolerance
For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, there is an industry-standard tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations in print position are a normal part of the DTG printing process and will not be considered defects.
How to Request a Return
To report a damaged or defective item, email us at support@hombuy.com with your order number and photo. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
